FAQs About Hormone Imbalance, Autoimmune, Gut, Skin & Mood Health
- 01Healing timelines vary depending on the type and severity of your chronic condition. Hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, IBS, eczema, psoriasis, and mood-related symptoms respond differently to treatment. Many patients begin noticing meaningful changes within the first few sessions as we address the underlying dysfunction rather than just symptoms.
- 02We do not accept insurance because we want your treatment plan to be guided by clinical need rather than insurance restrictions. A Superbill can be provided at the end of your program for those who want to explore reimbursement through their insurance.
- 03Testing is personalized based on your condition - whether related to thyroid function, autoimmune activity, gut health, skin inflammation, or mood dysregulation. We can order comprehensive blood work and offer a variety of non-invasive in-office and virtual assessments to identify the root causes of your symptoms.
- 04Upon the evaluation, we will discuss the cost on the “Day 2” appointment. Because we strive our very best to make healthcare affordable for you and your family, we have many payment options available in and out of house.
- 05Yes. Many of our holistic approaches for hormone balance, autoimmune conditions, gut dysfunction, chronic skin issues, and mood disorders can be done via telehealth. Virtual care gives patients flexibility and comfort while still delivering effective treatment.
- 06Many patients come in with overlapping issues such as thyroid imbalance paired with IBS, or autoimmune symptoms with chronic skin flares. Our approach is designed to address interconnected systems rather than isolated symptoms, so treating multiple conditions at once is not only possible - it’s often the most effective route to long-term improvement.
- 07Traditional care often focuses on managing symptoms. Our approach identifies and treats the root causes behind hormonal shifts, autoimmune activity, gut inflammation, skin disorders, and mood dysregulation. This creates more lasting results and helps the body return to stable, predictable function.
- 08No referral is required. Many patients come to us after seeing multiple specialists without answers, while others choose to work with us alongside their primary care physician or endocrinologist. Our care is designed to complement, not replace, your existing medical team.
